Matt Jackson has over 14 years of experience supporting the audiovisual systems and information technology industries. Mr. Jackson has led multiple technology implementation teams for commercial and government customers and is considered an expert in the areas of service-oriented architecture (SOA), multimedia distribution, network systems engineering and integration, engineering process standardization, and enterprise audiovisual systems design. Mr. Jackson holds the InfoComm CTS-D as well as Cisco CCNA and CCDA certifications.

Mr. Jackson has demonstrated extensive leadership in managing large enterprise program efforts. Under his leadership, Pershing Technologies has rapidly become a recognized industry leader in the AV/IT field specializing in advanced visual communication system technologies for the modern enterprise customer.

Mr. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Emily Hay has over 8 years of experience supporting the audiovisual systems industry. She currently leads the Systems Engineering group at Pershing Technologies which specializes in the optimization of informational and collaboration processes through the development of integrated audiovisual and network technology solutions.

Ms. Hay’s primary areas of responsibility include overseeing and managing all systems engineering projects, implementing and managing standardized design and documentation protocols, and maintaining a dynamic and talented staff to support Pershing’s high profile clients. She is a recognized industry leader in audiovisual systems design and holds the InfoComm CTS-D certification.

Ms. Hay also holds a Master of Music degree from Michigan State University (2004) and Master of Arts degree in Acoustics from The Johns Hopkins University (2001). She also holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Recording Arts (2001) and a Bachelor of Music degree in performance (2000), both from The Johns Hopkins University.

Joel Bilheimer has over 15 years of experience supporting the audiovisual systems, broadcast, and information technology industries as a senior systems architect. Mr. Bilheimer has managed multiple large programs for commercial and government customers and is a subject matter expert (SME) in the fields of enterprise architecture (EA), operational security (OPSEC), convergent network integration, enterprise systems engineering and integration (SE&I), independent verification and validation (IV&V), black-box system testing, and earned value management (EVM).

Mr. Bilheimer has managed operation & maintenance (O&M) and integration teams of more than 50 personnel for multiple government agencies in highly secure, mission-critical environments.

Mr. Bilheimer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Media Studies from the University of Chicago.
